Plain language. By using Homefairly, you agree to these terms. They are fair, straightforward, and written for real people.
Homefairly is a browser extension that provides independent home price estimates and offer guidance based on publicly available listing data and recent sold comparable sales from a licensed property data provider. Homefairly and AI use that data to produce a fair-value estimate with a suggested offer range. It is a software tool, not a licensed appraisal service, real estate brokerage, or financial advisory service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Homefairly. By using the service you confirm that you are using it for personal, non-commercial research purposes or as a licensed real estate professional.
Homefairly is currently available to users in the United States only.
Homefairly offers two ways to pay: one-time check packs and optional unlimited monthly subscriptions. You choose whichever fits how you use the product.
Pay as you go, check packs (one-time, credits never expire):
One check covers one property, whether a home, land, or a rental. Re-checking a property within 60 days of the check that used a credit does not use another credit. After 60 days, checking it again uses one credit. Credits never expire, and there is nothing to cancel.
Unlimited monthly subscriptions (optional):
Unlimited plans are for personal and professional use and are subject to reasonable daily use limits to protect service for all customers.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Web purchases are processed securely by a third-party payment processor, and we do not store your payment information. Purchases made inside the iPhone, iPad, or Android app are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and any auto-renewing subscription bought there is managed and governed by that store's terms. In-app prices are shown before you buy and may differ slightly by store.
Homefairly also relies on third-party service providers to operate, including a comparable-sales data provider, payment processor, email provider, and hosting provider. See our Privacy Policy for details on the data involved.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again. Check pack credits are a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of Homefairly, purchases made on the web are final and we do not offer refunds. Purchases made inside the app are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play, whichever you bought through.
Homefairly uses publicly available listing data and AI-assisted valuation methods to generate estimates. While we work to make those estimates as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee their accuracy in every case.

Homefairly is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homefairly and its owners are not liable for any losses, damages, or decisions made based on information provided by the extension, including but not limited to losses related to real estate transactions.
Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
Homefairly is an informational software tool. Nothing on the Homefairly website or in the Homefairly extension constitutes financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or investment advice of any kind.
Homefairly is not a licensed real estate appraiser, and the valuations it produces are not licensed appraisals as defined under Florida Statute 475 or federal law. The estimated values are based on publicly available data and automated calculations. They are not substitutes for a formal appraisal by a licensed professional.
Homefairly, Inc. is a software company. It is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not represent buyers, sellers, or any party in a real estate transaction.
Homefairly uses publicly available listing data, comparable sales information, and automated valuation models to generate estimates. These estimates:
Price outlook ranges show how a home's estimated value could change over 18, 24, and 36 months if prices in its area follow their past trend. They are illustrations based on historical home price index data, not forecasts, predictions, or guarantees of future value. Home prices can fall as well as rise, and actual results may fall outside the range shown. Price outlook ranges are not financial or investment advice.
Past comparable sales are not a guarantee of future value. Market conditions change. Homefairly makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of any estimate.
Homefairly reads publicly available listing data from third-party websites including Zillow®, Redfin®, Realtor.com®, Homes.com®, Apartments.com®, Rent.com®, Zumper®, HotPads®. Homefairly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zillow®, Redfin®, Realtor.com®, Homes.com®, Apartments.com®, Rent.com®, Zumper®, HotPads®, or any other real estate platform. Those platforms may change their data, layout, or terms at any time, which may affect how Homefairly functions.
Homefairly is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of data sourced from third-party platforms.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Homefairly after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Homefairly will be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Homefairly, Inc. regarding your use of the service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. You may not assign or transfer these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
